Liposuction and Lipoesculpture

What's the difference? Which one is the best?
(Inder local anesthesia and without hospitalization)

The reality is that Liposculpture is an advancement of the liposuction.

The goal of both methods is the improvement of the body contouring, taking out all exceeding fat. The main difference between them is in the diameter of the canulas (Liposculpture canulas are thinner than Liposuction canulas) and in the deepness of the work. In the Liposculpture we work in a very superficial layer of the subcutaneous, very near of the skin. If we work in this level with the liposuction canulas we can cause irregularities by their very thick diameter.

Another big improvement with the Liposculpture is the possibility of, just turning up the canula in order to excite the skin, get its retraction. With this simple manoeuvre we can avoid a 2nd surgical time to take out de exceeding skin.

The better of all is that all these procedures may be done with local anesthesia, just oral sedation, and without hospitalization. The patient spends 3 hour in the Clinic and can go back home.
